How much is Crew Camp?
$250 until March 31st
$275 from April 1st to April 30th
$300 from May 1 to May 15 or until all spots are reserved. Waiting list will be available.
Are spots limited?

What should my student bring?
Casual clothes (team color)
Tennis shoes and sandals
1 outfit/shoes the student doesn’t mind being dirty or throwing away
Bath towels and wash cloths
Sheets for twin bed
Bible and pen
Will there be adult supervision?
Yes. Safety and security are our chief concerns. We will have adults assigned to each team.
When will I know what team my student is on?
Students will find out what team they are on the week before Crew Camp!
What if my student has a food allergy?
All food allergies and medical conditions need to be documented in online registration. We will have a nurse on site at camp. Certain food allergies can be accommodated. Please contact the Student Office for more information.
What do I do with my student’s medication?
All medication MUST be turned in to the nurse at registration prior to leaving for Crew Camp. Medication should be in a sealed bag and labeled with your student’s name. We also ask that you include instructions for taking the medication. The nurse will distribute all medication for the week.
Can my child bring electronic devices such as a cell phone, tablet or laptop?
Students may bring cell phones or tablets to Crew Camp at their own risk. Laptops are not allowed.
What are the transportation arrangements?
All students will be transported to and from Camp Liberty by bus and vans.
