What do I do with the waiver?
Please print off the waiver and bring it to registration/check-in on January 13th. Every student MUST have a waiver on file. Click here to download the waiver.
What should my student bring?
Casual clothes
Tennis shoes
1 outfit/shoes the student doesn’t mind being dirty or throwing away
Bath towels and wash cloths
Sleeping Bag and Blanket
Pillow
Toiletries
Snacks
Bible and pen
Will there be adult supervision?
Yes. Safety and security are our chief concerns. We will have at least 2 adults assigned to each age group of students as well as in our Host Homes.
What if my student has a food allergy?
All food allergies and medical conditions need to be documented in online registration. We will have a nurse on site. Certain food allergies can be accommodated. Please contact the Student Office for more information.
What do I do with my student’s medication?
All medication MUST be turned in to the nurse at registration. Medication should be in a sealed bag and labeled with your student’s name. We also ask that you include instructions for taking the medication. The nurse will distribute all medication for the weekend.
Can my child bring electronic devices such as a cell phone, tablet or laptop?
Students may bring cell phones. Tablets and laptops are not allowed.
What are the transportation arrangements?
All students will be transported to and from their host homes by their group leaders, home hosts, and home co-hosts.
